[HRD] International Workshop on HRD for Nuclear Power Program

In February 2016, KNA and Hanyang University held an International Workshop on Human Resources Development for Nuclear Power Programs at Dalat University in Vietnam inviting key opinion leaders in Korea(KAERI, KNF, KINGS, KINS, KORAD), Vietnam(Dalat Univesrity), Thailand(Chulalongkorn University) and Malaysia(Malaysia Kebangsaan University). At this workshop, the participating countries exchanged their nuclear HRD programs and shared its development NPP plans. In addition, Korean participants presented diverse Korean experiences in the field of nuclear to promote development of Korean nuclear power plant and nuclear technology.

KNA also discussed about the future cooperation plans with the other countries during the workshop. KNA will support lecture materials including the donated teaching materials, lecture by dispatching Korean Experts to developing countries and have nuclear educational programs by inviting students and professor from universities in developing countries.
